Collin grew up in Westlake Village, and after graduating from Westlake High School he eared his BS in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention from the University of Southern California (’08). He became very interested in the idea of using exercise as medicine, and found his way to Physical Therapy school at California State University Northridge where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2015. During his time at CSUN, he was part of a research team that examined the role of introducing vibration into an injured joint to prevent decreased joint function after immobilization. The research findings would later be presented at the American Physical Therapy Association’s Combined Sections Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. He was introduced to the staff and treatment style at George Erb Physical Therapy during an internship as a first year PT student, and after that internship, he knew he would end up working for George after graduation.

Collin joined the George Erb family in 2015, and only a few short months later made history by winning the Annual March Madness Championship on his first try, to be forever remembered with a plaque on the wall and his very own championship “Los Erbos” jersey. Collin truly enjoys helping people to improve their function, and as a member of the APTA, he will continue to take advantage of opportunities to further his career through continuing education.

When Collin is not at work, he enjoys training for triathlons, snowboarding, and spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter.
